Rebound in highly developed markets

An active year

The most frequently purchased product in 2025 was the W1U Bitum Bull body, with its distinctive semi-circular shape. Thanks to its wide-ranging applications in construction, including bitumen transport, for many years it has been breaking sales records at KH-KIPPER.

The W1CES Sahel Bull rear-tipping body was presented for the first time at the Bauma Trade Fair in Munich in April. The body is used in construction and lighter mining applications for transporting sand, gravel, and smaller-sized stones. The classic square body, with optional body heating, is designed for operation in a variety of climatic conditions. It has already been successfully implemented in the African market, and orders from Europe are currently being processed.

The year 2025 also marks the continuation of the marketing campaign for the latest mining body, the W1RB Rock Bull, and the three-way body with a hydraulic side wall, the W3H Multi Bull, which KH-KIPPER has offered for many years. Thanks to extensive online activity, the KH-KIPPER YouTube channel has reached nearly 3 million views.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding global markets, there has been a rebound in highly developed export markets. This is where one of the most exciting projects of this year will soon be launched: the autonomous KH-KIPPER semi-trailer for mining operations.

The nearest future

In 2025, production began in the new hall, with the installation of a robotic body welding station and a powerful, fast fiber laser. A 3D laser for profiles will also be installed in the hall, with material loaded from an automated rack with dozens of 12-meter-long shelves. An automated rack was also put into operation in the components warehouse, and storage was relocated and reorganized in several locations at the Kajetanów plant. Investments in expanding the production and warehouse infrastructure will enable to meet growing market demands, introduce new technologies, and increase production efficiency.

The construction of the Central Communication Port and the surrounding rail infrastructure, as well as funding from the National Reconstruction Plan for the development of Poland’s road network, offer good prospects for the future. Our customers will participate in these construction projects.

In addition to our existing export markets, we will continue supplying to Africa, which offers enormous potential in this regard. A challenge we are successfully meeting is adapting our product to local requirements and maintaining a permanent presence in this region.

KH-KIPPER places emphasis on the safety of tipper trucks, which is why in the future we want to draw attention to more modern load covering systems than the traditional crank-operated tarpaulin. Tarpaulins on a special frame or a hydraulic roof can be opened by the driver from the ground, even remotely, without the need to climb. This reduces the risk, especially if the vehicle is icy.

Participating in international trade fairs is a unique opportunity to promote our company internationally. KH-KIPPER cannot miss the IAA Hanover Trade Fair, taking place from September 15-20, 2026. Feel free to join us there!
