The W1MV mining body is an advanced solution designed for the mining industry. Thanks to its design and materials used, the W1MV effectively replaces traditional dump trucks, offering greater versatility and efficiency in material transport. It can easily transport coal, anthracite, metal ores, and aggregates.
The W1MV features a semi-octagonal design and a sloped front wall, which prevents material from accumulating in the corners of the body. The floor is made of a single layer of 10-15 mm thick HARDOX wear-resistant steel, eliminating the need for additional reinforcements and increasing the resilience and durability of the structure. The side walls are reinforced only by the top profile, rear band, and front wall, ensuring adequate strength while reducing the body’s weight.
The sloped front wall and raised rear section of the floor prevent material from falling out when driving on slopes.
