KH-KIPPER hooklifts – safety, comfort, and versatility

KH-KIPPER offers hooklifts with a lifting capacity of 8 and 12 tons, designed for quick and safe lifting, placing, and transporting interchangeable containers and bodies. The modular design facilitates installation on various chassis, and adjustable slides allow the device to be adapted to various container longitudinal spacings.

KH-KIPPER places particular emphasis on the safety of the operator and the transported load:

• the device’s hook has a gravitational elliptical safety device,
• the load slides smoothly along rollers, minimizing the risk of damage,
• the hydraulic system is equipped with valves to prevent uncontrolled load drop and prevent damage in the event of hydraulic hose rupture,
• the device has a hydraulic container lock with indicators to ensure the container is properly locked, • all operations can be performed directly from the driver’s cab.

Unloading and loading an empty or partially loaded container is simple thanks to the ability to switch to a faster operating mode by adjusting the control lever. The modernized hook shape makes grabbing and unloading the container exceptionally easy, allowing even less experienced operators to operate it efficiently.
