Construction

Thanks to its lightweight construction, the vehicle is ideal for transporting light materials in urban environments and metropolitan areas where maneuverability and efficiency are key.

The body is standardly equipped with top and bottom hinges, enabling quick and safe unloading of bulk materials by opening the bottom locks, as well as unloading pallets by lowering the side panels. The design also allows the body to be used as a transport platform.

An additional advantage is the covered side panel opening mechanism, which effectively protects the system from backfilling and the negative effects of weather conditions. This solution minimizes the risk of breakdowns and eliminates unnecessary downtime.

Municipal sector and winter road maintenance

In its municipal version, the W3F tipper truck serves as a versatile vehicle for year-round road maintenance.

In winter, the body can be equipped with a salt spreader and a front plate for mounting a snow plow. The steel body components are protected by an anti-corrosion coating and a special paint finish that protects them from salt and other chemicals.

In summer, thanks to the option of installing steel mesh extensions, the tipper truck can be used for selective collection of municipal waste such as leaves, waste paper, and plastics.

Comfort and safety are enhanced by practical features such as a mesh protecting the cab from damage during loading, handles for easy access to the body, and a removable rear wall that can be easily stored under the body.

The W3F tipper truck with all-wheel drive chassis is an ideal solution for work in the energy sector and in difficult off-road terrain, where access to substations, poles, or electrical grids is difficult. The body is designed to carry both heavier loads, such as transformers and poles, as well as bulk materials, such as sand. Body components, including the rear side, posts, and side wall sections, can be removed, creating a multi-functional platform for transporting non-standard loads.

The tipper floor is designed for the quick installation of a stanchion turntable, enabling the transport of elongated items such as poles. Numerous handles in the floor, under the floor, and on the front side ensure secure lashing of a variety of loads, including barrels, pallets, and cylinders.
