Exchangeable System – one chassis, multiple possibilities

The exchangeable system is a specially designed solution that allows different types of bodies to be exchanged on a single truck chassis. It is a complete and versatile option for concrete plants, mines, and gravel pits, significantly enhancing a vehicle’s functionality throughout the year.

This application allows to use one chassis which most often is specified as a tipper chassis (rear tipper, three-way or two-way tipper etc.) or a concret mixer with any volume.

The whole operation of exchanging the bodies can be performer by one person in about 15 minutes, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

Main components of the exchangeable system:

• system of hooks and fastening elements of the subframe for embedding and securing the exchanged body
• sets of horizontal and vertical hydraulic cylinders
• sets of supporting legs for the tipping body and the concrete mixer
• control panel with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical quick connectors
• hydraulic section distributor
